Standard Shipping: If you place an order using "standard shipping" for optical products and wish to return them, you will receive a refund for the product price along with the initial shipping costs. However, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Free Shipping: If you choose "free shipping" for your eyewear order and later decide to return it, we will refund the product price. Since we cover the initial shipping costs, you will need to pay for the return shipping.
Important Note: Please ensure that any eyewear you wish to return is in its original condition. We cannot accept returns for glasses with scratched lenses or damaged frames unless they are defective.
